【簡介】：
大紅袍，是武夷岩茶的一種，因多種傳說而得名，屬於半發酵茶，外形條索緊結，色澤綠褐鮮潤，沖泡後湯色橙黃明亮，葉片紅綠相間，典型的葉片有綠葉紅鑲邊之美感。大紅袍品質最突出之處是香氣馥郁有蘭花香，香高而持久，「岩韻」明顯。大紅袍很耐沖泡，沖泡七、八次仍有香味。品飲「大紅袍」茶，按「功夫茶」小壺小杯細品慢飲的程式，更能真正品嘗到岩茶之顛的韻味。
【沖泡方法】：
每次取5至10g放進茶杯，用沸水沖泡，首泡10至20秒即可倒出茶水，之後每泡依次延長，但不可久浸，可連續沖泡6至7次。
【保存方法】：
密封、防潮、防異味。
