苦瓜乾茶 

Momordica Tea

功效：對心、肺、胃具有清涼解渴、清心明目、能增強食欲、養血滋肝、潤脾補腎之功效。促進新陳代謝等功效。益腎利尿，清熱解毒，降血脂，抗病毒。

建議沖泡方法： 以清水洗淨，便可進行沖泡或煲水。一茶匙乾燥的苦瓜片，用一杯滾燙開水沖泡，燜約十分鐘後即可；可酌加紅糖或蜂蜜飲用。
