決明子山楂茶

 

功效：利水通便，消食化滯，袪脂降壓。

 

簡介：山楂味甘酸，性微溫，有消食化滯，調脂，降血壓功效；決明子功效有清熱明目，利水通便，其中決明子含有低聚糖也可以幫助降壓，減低膽固醇和甘油二酯。有助清除宿便，保持大便暢通，幫助排毒消脂。

 

成份：決明子，山楂

 

沖泡方法：取出一小袋茶包，放入杯中，用沸水清洗茶包後的第一泡水倒掉，再加入200ml－300ml沸水，讓茶包浸泡約10分鐘後即可飲用。

 

保存方法：存於陰涼乾燥無異味處，天氣炎熱建議存入雪櫃保存。
