菊花龍眼清熱茶

 

功效：清熱明目，補益心脾。

 

簡介：龍眼含有豐富葡萄糖，蔗糖及蛋白貿。含鐵量也較高，可以促進血紅飛白再生以及補血，對腦細胞特別有益，增強記憶，消除疲勞，安心神，降脂護心。配合菊花有清熱解毒作用。

 

成份：胎菊，龍眼，枸杞 

 

沖泡方法：取出一小袋茶包，放入杯中，用沸水清洗茶包後的第一泡水倒掉，再加入200ml－300ml沸水，讓茶包浸泡約10分鐘後即可飲用。

 

保存方法：存於陰涼乾燥無異味處，天氣炎熱建議存入雪櫃保存。
